applicant failed to satisfy:
Despite the clear, substantiated findings and recommendation to deny, from the Hearing Officer, inarguable presentations and statements from parties of standing and residents, and overwhelming public opposition to this application, on 2/4/25, the Planning Commission overwhelmingly approved the AES permit, and with less than one hour of deliberation. As a result, several organizations and individuals have filed appeals, to bring the decision before the Santa Fe County Board of County Commissioner
